How do I cancel an order on. Astral Gems?

 1 If you accidentally place an order and want to cancel it. Please phone us within 12 hours of placing the order to let us know.


 2 If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.


  3 If you decide to cancel after your order has shipped, we’ll take 5% off the total and refund the remaining cost.
